THE Team
A photographer and dive journalist who has spent more than 30 years underwater. A freediver who has been on camera since she could swim. A performer whose body does things most people can't do on land, let alone at depth.
JESPER KJøLLER
More than 25 years of published underwater work behind him — international dive magazines, books, and editorial projects across five continents. His career spans the editor's chair at DYK, Scandinavia's leading dive publication, founding his own international title, and his current role as Editor-in-Chief of Quest, the GUE member journal.
A GUE Instructor, PADI Course Director, and Marketing Director at Deep Dive Dubai for over a decade — Jesper knows exactly what a strong underwater image needs before he enters the water.
He trained both Jessica and Irina as divers. That is not incidental. It is the foundation of how this team works.
Instructor Trainer & underwater photographer
IRINA KAZAKOVA
Irina is a contortionist, aerialist, and underwater performer with a background in national-level rhythmic gymnastics.
A certified scuba instructor, technical diver, and freediver, she is trained to perform at depth — not just to look good near it.
She has performed for audiences of millions, on stage and on screen.
Underwater, her movement is unlike anything else in content creation.
Freediver, scuba diver and underwater performer
Freediver, scuba diver and underwater performerJESSICA GRACE WHALEN
Jessica is a competitive freediver and on-camera talent with a personal best of 60 meters.
She holds GUE Fundamentals certification with Tech Pass, trained by Jesper at Deep Dive Dubai. Her instinct for what works visually — and what is landing on social right now — shapes the way the team plans and shoots.
She starred in the world's first underwater bullet time sequence, a campaign that generated over 59 million views.
